How we invest your moneyThe Fund is designed to capture the performance of the property sector of the Australian economy. Investors access a portfolio of the largest and most liquid Australian Real Estate Investment Trusts (A-REITs) securities including industrial, commercial, retail and residential property segments. The MVIS Australia A-REITs Index is a pure-play Australian sector index, designed to capture the performance of the property sector of the Australian economy. The Index includes the largest and most liquid ASX-listed Real Estate Investment Trusts (A-REITs). Individual Index components are determined using a stringent rules based methodology focusing on liquidity, with a minimum of 10 holdings, each with a maximum weighting of 10%. |
