About the Fund

Zeta Resources Limited ("Zeta") is an active, resources-focused investment holding and development company. Zeta invests in a range of resource entities, including those focused on nickel, gold, copper, oil & gas, bauxite, graphite and base metals exploration and production.

The investment aim of Zeta is to maximise total returns for shareholders by identifying and investing in resource assets and companies where the underlying value is not reflected in the market price.

How we invest your money

ZER is an active, resources focused holding and development company. The Company's strategy will be focussed on making both direct investments in resources projects and indirect investments in resources projects, through investing in entities which hold them.

The Company intends to have a mid to long term investment horizon and does not expect to be trading its positions on a frequent basis. The Company may acquire majority or minority positions in its target investments. Although the Company's initial portfolio will consist of minority positions, the Company will also consider opportunities which will maximise its ability to contribute as a proactive investor, with a view to actively extracting value for both its own investors and investors in the underlying investee companies. This proactive approach may include taking significant or full ownership positions in companies, bringing about management change and encouraging strategies to maximise shareholder value and return.

Permitted investments

ICM shall be entitled to invest in the following classes of assets, on the Company's behalf:

• securities (being shares options or warrants) in listed and unlisted mining and resource companies;

• units in listed and unlisted mining and resource funds;

• bonds and convertible notes in listed or unlisted mining and resource companies;

• direct investment in mining and resource projects; and

• such other assets or investments, as may be approved in writing by the Directors from time to time.
