About the Fund

The Fund is a specialised property fund that invests in global property security trusts and other property related shares.

Investment objective

To provide investors with a total investment return (before fees and taxes) that outperforms the benchmark over periods of five years or longer.

How we invest your money

The Fund invests in a wide range of property securities listed, or expected to be listed, on major world stock exchanges which derive the bulk of their income from property rental income and/or development as well as infrastructure securities. Effectively this strategy provides the listed equivalent of direct property ownership. The Fund is typically hedged back into Australian dollars.
