Mandate

How we invest your money

To achieve the investment objective, the Responsible Entity will aim to:

  • acquire Properties in accordance with the clear investment criteria set out in section 4.2 of the product PDS;
  • diversify the portfolio of Properties by location and tenants;
  • actively manage the Properties to maximise their capital and income growth prospects;
  • seek investment opportunities through Charter Hall Group's real estate investment pipeline including properties developed by CIP;
  • regularly review each Property to ensure that its progress and performance are consistent with the investment objective; and
  • where appropriate, sell Properties to maximise returns to Investors.
