About
Transaction Solutions International (India) Pvt Ltd was established in 2005 by Gary Foster and Paul Boyatzis, Australian nationals with considerable experience in the financial services industry. Since that time, the company has focused on the payments business in India, particularly in providing ATM managed services to Tier 1 banks in India and automated bill payment services for utilities.
More recently, Vortiv has expanded its business in the cybersecurity and cloud space with the acquisition of Decipher Works Pty Ltd in August 2017, a cyber security specialist located in Sydney and Cloudten Industries Pty Ltd in January 2019, a cloud and cloud security service provider.
In September 2019, Transaction Solutions International Ltd changed its name to Vortiv Ltd to reflect the evolution of the Company from its payments services heritage to its new core focus of cloud and cyber security services. In December 2020, Vortiv sold Decipher Works Pty Ltd and Cloudten Industries Pty Ltd to CyberCX.
