About
Summerset Group was founded in 1997. Since then we've grown consistently to become one of New Zealand's largest and most respected operators in the retirement village and aged care sector.
With 31 retirement villages completed or under development across New Zealand, and another nine quality land sites in New Zealand and two in Australia, we have a strong platform for further growth. Summerset listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX) in November 2011 and became an NZX50 company in December 2012. Our NZX ticker code is SUM. Summerset listed on the Australian Securities Exchanges (ASX) in July 2013. Our ASX ticker code is SNZ.
