The Company’s strategy is to own and operate quality, low cost, expandable mining assets with market differentiation. Its purpose is to generate long-term shareholder value through profitable growth and sustainability. The Company was listed in May 2000 and has its corporate office in Perth Australia and an operational focused office in Dar es Salaam Tanzania. Its principal mining assets include:

• Portfolio of Heavy Mineral Sands (HMS) Projects (100% interest)
• Coburn Heavy Mineral Sands Project, Western Australia (100% interest)
• Fowlers Bay Nickel Project, South Australia (1% net smelter royalty in the project)
