The Company is led by an experienced and disciplined management team who combine considerable expertise across the oil and gas sector with a deep technical understanding of conventional and unconventional resource exploration and production. The Cambay project is the Company’s Indian flagship asset located in the State of Gujarat. The successful commercialisation of the Cambay Field will allow Oilex to capitalise on the large and growing natural gas supply-demand gap in the state of Gujarat. In August and September 2019 the Company announced an entry to oil and gas projects in the prolific onshore Cooper-Eromanga Basins in Australia through the acquisition of 2 Petroleum Exploration Licences, and to the gas prone East Irish Sea in the UK. These entries follow well designed strategies to build business in proven areas.
