About

In 1994, Entertainment Publications, “Entertainment”, was established. Over the years, it became known as the Entertainment Book based on its much loved iconic published book offering members in it’s closed user group access to exclusive offers. In September 2016, Entertainment Publications was acquired by BPS Technology Limited, “BPS”, a company listed on the ASX since 2014, who also owned Bartercard and Bucqi, and had a minority stake in Now Book It. In April 2018, BPS changed its ASX listed name to IncentiaPay Limited, “IncentiaPay”, with the name being formally adopted after ASIC registration. In May 2018, IncentiaPay acquired ASX listed Gruden Group and with it, the Performance Marketing, Enterprise Solutions, Government and MobileDen divisions. As part of a corporate restructure, IncentiaPay divested its minority stake in Now Book It Pty Ltd in September 2018 and completed the sale of Bartercard and all its wholly owned subsidiaries, including Bucqi, in November 2018. In December 2018, continuing with the restructure of the Company, IncentiaPay completed the sale of the Government division of Gruden to the Citadel Group and in April 2019, IncentiaPay divested the Performance Marketing division of Gruden to OpenDNA. Simultaneously, Enterprise Solution clients were also divested to allow Entertainment to focus on its core product suite. The remainder of the MobileDen team was absorbed into Entertainment as its development arm. In 2019, Entertainment announced it was moving 100% to the Membership App and the book would no longer be published or sold. From 2020, Entertainment Memberships are now exclusively available as an App and the Membership can be activated at any time. Allowing users to conveniently search, save and redeem thousands of offers in an instant on their mobile devices, with new offers regularly added for year-round value. The Entertainment Group “Entertainment” is a wholly owned subsidiary of ASX listed IncentiaPay (INP) and the producer of Australia & New Zealand’s Entertainment Membership App and Corporate Frequent Values product.
