Eon NRG Limited is a oil and gas exploration and production company focused exclusively on North American onshore assets. The Company has a portfolio of producing assets in Wyoming and California which it owns (mostly 100% WI) and operates. These assets provide strong cash flow which supports the exploration opportunities that are presented from its expansive exploration acreage position in the Powder River Basin (PRB), Wyoming. The company has a small but strategically located lease holding in Nevada which is focused on Cobalt discovery which is in the early stages of exploration. Eon has a proven track record as a low-cost operator with an experienced management team and board of directors. Its focus in the short term is to implement its growth strategy through the drilling of new oil wells in its PRB acreage.
