Our vision is to enhance the economic and environmental efficiency of communities in which we operate, through the ownership and operation of safe and efficient transport solutions. Our strategy is to deliver growing distributions and enhance the value of ALX's portfolio for security holders. We seek to invest in global infrastructure businesses that generate stable cash flows and offer resilient long-term performance through economic cycles. Our primary focus remains on supporting organic growth within our existing portfolio businesses. We remain open to consider accretive opportunities where there is a strong strategic and financial case, both from within, or complementary to its existing portfolio. ALX commenced payment of distributions in April 2013 and has since provided security holders with a growing distribution profile. The potential for payment of each distribution is assessed by the boards every six months as cash is received by ALX from its businesses.
